Creative using of the international experience in the practice of Higher school but not blind copy
Abstract
Do not blind copying but creative use of the foreign experience in the practice of higher education of Kazakhstan. One of the possible methods to find ways to improve higher education in Kazakhstan is to study foreign pedagogical experience. Science of education, as well as other areas of knowledge and social practice, can’t develop in isolation from the world experience. Education in this case, is the subject to the general trends and patterns of development. In any study is valuable not blind copying but creative use of foreign experience in the practice of higher education and pedagogy. Accumulation of the knowledge of trends in foreign educational systems it’s better to realize the priorities of national education, to guide and predict their development. It provides a holistic view of the problems of modern education and shows the possibilities of their solution.
