European Commission and Eurasian Economic Commission: comparative legal analysis

The article provides for the review of the legal status of European Commission and Eurasian Economic Commission. The supranational institutes have a great influence on economic development of the states-participants of the regional organizations in the light of their broad authority. The article briefly outlines the major reasons for establishment of the two institutes as a result of integration. Additionally it highlights the principal normative acts constituting the legal status, including the decision making procedure, competence as well as implementation in the national legislation. Also, it provides for practical recommendations on enhancement of the functioning of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
