Abstract

One of the priority directions of development of the modern international legal science is to study the problem of the relationship and interdependence of national legal systems of countries in the world. Enhancing the role of international law in regulating interstate and international relations at the present stage is due to naturally ongoing process of interpenetration and mutual influence of national legal sistem.Glavny question therefore is: Is it an independent branch science or technique used in this science, the place and the scope of the comparative study of law.
