The Level of Study of Diplomatic Relations between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan in Scientific Works

Abstract

Currently, it is clear that the role of the state in the system of international relations directly depends not only on the level of its relations with the countries of the world, but also on relations with the states of the geographical neighborhood. For this reason, a reliable basis for the development and strengthening of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan is the proximity of the geographical location of the two countries, deep ties in history, common features of languages, culture and traditions. The development of cooperation with Kyrgyzstan is one of the main objectives of Kazakhstan's foreign policy. The development of stable relations that have developed over many years, with the preservation of peace with the neighboring state, is one of the main factors ensuring the national security of Kazakhstan.

The purpose of the article is to consider the level of study in scientific works of the development of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The study also analyzed the approach of Kazakh, Kyrgyz and foreign research scientists to the diplomatic relations of the two countries.
