New tendencies of globalization and crisis of world economy and problems of economic development in the «resource-abundant» countries

Abstract

Historical experience of development of economic systems, including recent experience of transformation of economy of the Post-Soviet countries, showed that universal approaches to the solution of fundamental problems of national economy not always lead to identical results. Carrying out economic policy demands attentive studying of characteristics of the environment in which it is carried out, including the institutional environment and the developed macroeconomic features.In this regard the particular interest represents research of economy of Kazakhstan, being characterized high security with natural resources. Whether it is important to find out the resource wealth influences industrial and innovative development of the country. Clarification of this question makes an essential contribution to a current situation explanation, allows to predict partly development of economy of Kazakhstan and to correct the directions of economic policy in the country rich with natural resources. After all obstacles for development of economy are created not by existence of resources in itself, and the related calls on which it is possible and it is necessary to look for adequate answers.
