The article describes the conceptual basis of the use of renewable energy sources. There is a close link between the decision of environmental problems and the use of renewable-energy sources, which is especially evident in the Program Concept content partnerships for the implementation of the Astana initiative «Green Bridge». The main goal of the Astana initiative – promoting partnerships in Europe, Asia and the Pacific for the implementation of programs and plans of the «Green Economy», a partnership of public, private sector, NGOs and international organizations. Astana initiative includes the development and implementation of the Partnership Programme with a package of investment projects of the Green Economy. A key condition for the launch and implementation of the «Green Bridge» Partnership Programme and realization of investment projects is the Multilateral Agreement, a draft of which was developed in April 2015 entitled «Memorandum of partnership program» Green Bridge «. The authors draw attention to the Concept of Transition of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the «green economy» on May 30, 2013 an important co-nent transition of Kazakhstan to the «green economy» is the use of renewable energy sources.References
