Forensic expertology as a science: a philosophical justification of the establishment and development

The article is devoted to the problem issues of scientific knowledge formation, reflecting the scope of forensic expert activity. The author analyzes the views of scientists who have studied this aspect of expertologic knowledge and expressed mixed opinions on the study of the scientific basis of forensics. Based on the critical analysis given in the specific literature of philosophical opinions, the thesis supports that originated in the deep of forensic and procedural sciences, nowadays the general theory of forensics and forensic expertology because of its dialectical development and transformation can be characterized as self applied branch of scientific knowledge, including the above-mentioned basic science as elements of its system. The article gives the author’s vision of the regularities of the subject area of judicial expertology, outlines the essence of general, special and specific tasks to meet the needs of forensic activity.References
