Abstract

This article is devoted to the complex analysis of dialogic in political discourse as a kind of verbal activity, closely related to the overall pragmatic human activity. Examination of a dialogue as a form of speech activity gives an opportunity to identify common speech means to facilitate the actualization of personal characteristics of the communicators in the political discourse. This study will reveal more fully the nature of the use of linguistic communication rules and mechanisms underlying speech and language competence, as well as the particular perception of the addressee and others, to identify obstacles to achieving the greatest understanding in speech communication.
