Abstract

The author carries out the analysis of jurisprudence and in the considered context shows that emergence of legal relationship in scope of special expert knowledge and, as a result, their possible violation in legal proceedings in the most part are connected with the existing in the republic procedural regulation of appointment and production of judicial examinations.
