Abstract

Humanity, in recent years, has been faced with many problems related to the issues of ecological protection. Thus are irreversibly accelerated processes such as burning of non-renewable, energy resources, pollution of the whole environment, the reduction of arable land, soil salimization, shortage of fresh water, and loss of biodiversity. All countries of the world face these components of global ecology crisis to some extent. Ecological human rights protection also requires new approaches-especially in view of the fact that at present the leading countries of the world have no single approach to ecological issues such as could satisfy most of the states. Only through a joint approach to the solution of ecological issues the world can create a foundation for global environmental protection. The article is devoted to analysis of legal protection of ecological human rights which were determined by a set of declarations, conventions and multilateral agreements
