Abstract

The Central Asian region is exposed to trends and patterns in the promotion of democracy typical of most post-Soviet states of the CIS track. It is important to take into account these features, since the Central Asian republics in the twenty-first century are faced with new challenges and threats, which are determined by world political trends, the needs of internal development. The consequence of these challenges was the need of political modernization modes of power, of society and the state to ensure greater stability of the entire architecture of government and public relations. The transformation of the political system towards democracy continues. We are talking about reforming the political institutions of the society, which is relatively young and imperfect. This party system, electoral system, as it is a law-governed society, the real effect of constitutional freedoms, including freedom of speech, assembly, etc.
