Essence of function of state participation in solving international meaningfulness problems and Kazakhstan experience

Abstract

In this article the author analyses opinions of different authors about functions of the state and characterizes features of their classification. He gives wide analysis to one of types external functions to the function of state participation in solving international meaningfulness problems and shows its peculiarities. Considering opinions of other authors about this function he gives own definition on this function. Also, describes function of state participation in solving international meaningfulness problems of Kazakhstan and searches features of its realization, marks meaningfulness of realization this function for our country. Author giving examples from practice of realization this function specifies on the necessity of sparing more attention on the internal functions of the state and not to give priority to this type of function.
