Аннотация

Комплекс проблем устойчивого развития обусловлен особенностями современной экологической проблематики и практической озабоченностью в дальнейшем международно-правовом регулиро- вании сферы окружающей среды. В свою очередь, эволюция многосторонних решений в области окружающей среды и устойчивого развития сопряжена с проблемой согласования и имплемента- ции международных норм в национальное право. Казахстан, являясь активным участником пост- Копенгагенского процесса, выдвигает собственные международные инициативы в рамках процесса Рио. Важнейшей является трансрегиональная Партнерская программа «Зеленый мост».
