Правовой режим Арктики – новые вызовы и новые измерения

Международный правовой режим Арктики в отношении специфики ледяного покрова основывается в первую очередь на Конвенции ООН по морскому праву с 1982 года. В настоящее время отсутству- ет военный конфликт за овладение территорией, демаркацию границ или за морское дно. Однако это не исключает возможность возникновения потенциального конфликта в близкой или далекой перспективе. Целью статьи является анализ правовoгo режимa Арктики, континентального шельфа, отдельных споров об установлении границы между прибрежными водами, суверенными экономиче- скими зонами, континентальными шельфами и о праве на территориальный суверенитет над сушей Арктики.Библиографические ссылки
