Abstract

The article gives a comparative description of the Polish Law and a number of Kazakh laws about recycling
different kind of waste. In the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Poland there is a legal basis for
coordinating the process of waste management. Despite the fact that the Polish law is the concept of recycling, which is not in the bill Kazakhstan, the term, as recycling of waste is still present in the draft of the Waste Act. However, as the author emphasizes, in contrast to Polish law in our country is only now there is an urgent need to improve current legislation on waste. Yet Kazakhstan and legal norms governing the disposal of waste, and the Polish Law united by the same method used by regulatory and legal instruments.
