Abstract

The article discusses some questions of international cooperation in the definition of the order of movement of goods under the World Customs Organization. The importance of the fact that it develops international customs standards and legal instruments to simplify and uniform application of simplified customs procedures and mechanisms governing the movement of goods, people, capital, through the customs border, and is an institutional framework for international cooperation in the field of customs. The authors conclude that in the modern world, the role and importance of international organizations in customs cooperation, and specifically the role and importance of the World Customs Organization, as the institutional framework of this cooperation will continue to grow even more.
