Abstract

Some suggestions are made regarding the development of the criminal law related to the fi ght against terrorism and extremism in Kazakhstani legislation taking into the criminal law related to the fi ght against terrorism and extremism in Kazakhstani legislation taking into account conventional and regional laws in CIS.
