EXECUTION OF DECISIONS OF THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS BY THEIR IMPLEMENTATION AND INCORPORATION IN THE NATIONAL LEGAL SYSTEM

Abstract

The execution of the European Court of Human Rights decisions is a relevant issue for the legislative system of Republic of Azerbaijan. Various countries serve as an example for this subject matter, and the issue is investigated based on decisions made by European Court of Human Rights in regards to these countries.
