The challenge of improving international cooperation in the fight against crime is currently one of the most
actual law enforcement activities of the developed world. Modern crime acquired a qualitatively new forms
intensified its selfish orientation, significantly increased the number of crimes of international relations, found a growing number of international criminal gangs whose members are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In article reveal the contents and features of international legal bases of various levels of cooperation of the states in fight against the international crime. The authors considers creation questions within the CIS the international organization on fight with crime and participations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in this organization.
