Abstract

This article devoted to the topical legal and criminological aspects mutual influence of the state, the media and civil society in shaping public opinion on the fight against crime. In the results of the study as the main factors contributing to the violation of the principles of criminal procedure, indicated by some contradictions in the interests of the triangle of forces: the media, society and the state. The authors identified a specific list of acts representing different principle of abuse of freedom of speech, responsibility for the commission of which is directly in criminal or administrative law are not available or, for various reasons, they remain unpunished. The main conclusion of the study is the need for effective government control the information flow has a negative impact on society.
