Consideration of state development programs and Riyadh guidelines regarding the issues of juvenile delinquency

Abstract

The article describes the reasons for the high level of juvenile delinquency in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as ways to deal with it within the framework of state development programs. Strategy «Kazakhstan – 2050» contains the basic provisions outlined in the guidelines of the United Nations for the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency, adopted by UN General Assembly Resolution in Riyadh. Also noted the need for moral education of the younger generation and strengthening the role of the family in society. The system of measures to combat juvenile delinquency is based on the nature of the general social measures designed to ensure adequate standard of living, welfare, culture, upbringing and education of citizens.
