International- legal basics of the fight against corruption

Abstract

Authors consider the main scientific and organizational problems related to corruption that prevent process of social-economy development, development of market economy, attracting investment and affect negative to political and public institute of democratic country, represents serious danger to the future of country. The article analyzes some of the Conventions on the fight against corruption, for the basis UN Convention against corruption, calling on all States to develop and implement policies, to combat and prevent corruption, improve the efficiency of existing institutions. Recommendations for their improvement are given by the author, based on analysis of a large theoretical and practical material.
