Abstract

In the given article problems of multipolarity and imbalances in the world economy the developments of the countries of the world arising because of unevenness are considered, and also a role of peripheries and leading countries in the world economy are analysed.
During in the given research approaches of evolution to a problem of uneven economic development of the national economy are investigated, up to the modern, and also technogenic approach, new forms of an inequality of the economic development and are analysed the reasons.
