Cooperation in Kazakhstan’s oil market and world energy dialog

The problem of energy security is one of the most serious threats of the XXI century. Each country seeks to ensure energy stability and independence to keep the pace of economic development. Oil is a major factor in energy security. In this regard, Kazakhstan can’t stay out of the global energy dialogue as a major oil exporter. There appears a real chance to consider the vital issues of this sector during energy dialogue. The largest structure of the global energy dialogue is the World Energy Council. In addition, every interested parties should be engaged in dialogue with each other. Kazakhstan is also actively trying to improve the energy dialogue in the frame of organizations such as EurAsEC, SCO and CIS. This is the first step to a successful energy cooperation in the region.Downloads
