ABOUT INVESTIGATIVE ACTIONS AND IMPORTANCE OF PROTOCOLS OF JUDICIAL MEETINGS AT SUBMISSION OF PROOFS

Abstract

The legislation deals with records of investigation and legal proceedings as the sources of evidences. The Criminal Code of a range of republics solves this matter in different ways.
According to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Ukraine, for example, in the list of investigation and legal proceedings the primary investigation proceedings and trial are not indicated as the source of evidences for the CC records. And, on the contrary, in According to the law, “the records made in the order stipulated by this Code and confirming the situation and facts revealed in the course of inspection, examination, arrest, search, detention, provision for identification, as well as during investigation tests are the evidences under a criminal case”.
