Трансформация общественного гендерного сознания: ООН и Корея

Статья посвящена исследованию политики Южной Кореи в сфере изменения сознания массового ее граждан по вопросам гендерного равенства. Рассмотрены основные дискриминационные положения в отношении женщин в южнокорейском законодательстве, обусловленные стереотипными представлениями о роли женщины в обществе. К дискриминационным положениям относились: отсутствие равных прав у женщин в приобретении или изменении гражданства при вступлении в брак с иностранцем, запрет женщинам на звание главы семьи, ограничение в праве регистрации разведенным женщинам в семейной книге. Данная стратегия разрабатывалась по рекомендации ООН на протяжении почти 30-летнего периода, с 1984 по 2013 гг. Цель исследования заключается в анализе политики южнокорейского правительства по улучшению гендерных проблем в корейском обществе.Библиографические ссылки
